Why $40?, I chose $40 as its a solid number and not too cheap. $40 is a good price for a custom website, utilizing a site to make it an not a full fledge custom domain scripted style website, anyone can learn Carrd its quite easy in my opinion. But I felt $40 was a solid number, not too cheap nor expensive especially with the current sites i have up for preview and how long i've been utilizing Carrd.

| Well you're in luck! They JUST recently made it so, I can share sites with people who do not own a Carrd account currently, but also, during the creation process you can easily setup an account within a few minutes. |
| How Do I Make Sure You Make My Site How I Want It? |

| During the process of making your site, I will either provide screenshots, clips, and previews of the process. While also being able to stream the process for live updates and quick responses to changes, fixes, and to test things to your liking. |
| How Will Payment Work? |

| This will work differently than how I do my Vrchat Avatar commissions, Payment process will be in 3 easy steps along the way, 1: I'll make a small part of the website, than 2: you will pay half if you like where its going 3: once fully finished, youll pay the last half of the commission, than receive the website. |

Just because something is NOT listed, does NOT mean its allowed/ok, use common sense when commissioning me, and be respectful, thank you :)
I have the right to refuse service for anyone within any time, with or without a refund.
All customers MUST pay in the correct order, I am not responsible for the following actions: Paying fully upfront or Paying out of order, I will work at the same pace and same way no matter if you follow the rule or not.
Refunds are ONLY guaranteed within the half payment or before receiving, all finished transfers are FINAL without any refunds.
It is the customer's responsibility to be as detailed and informative during the creation process of your site, failure to mention details will not be on me (JrJack383).
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they withhold the correct amount of money BEFORE commissioning.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they withhold the correct Carrd PLAN, not all elements available to me, are available to everyone.
Once the finished site has been transferred, it is completely OUT of my control, any errors, mistakes, changes, removals you do are not my responsibility.
After the finished site has been transferred, if there any changes you wish to make, and lack the knowledge of I am more than willing to help and assist you within my spare time to teach you the ways to perform the changes you wish to do.
